Timeline
Incorporation typically 3–10 business days. Beneficial ownership is filed once the company number exists. The tax compliance PIN depends on SARS issuing the income tax number first, so it is the last piece to land.
What this bundle actually does
Two of the inclusions here exist because of relatively recent obligations. Beneficial ownership is a standing CIPC requirement: a company must file the natural persons who ultimately own or control it, keep that register current, and it is tied to the annual return cycle — an unfiled register is a compliance problem, not an optional extra. Tax clearance is now a tax compliance status PIN on SARS eFiling rather than a paper certificate, and the PIN lets a third party check your status live, so it reflects your compliance on the day they look, not the day it was issued. SARS only issues it when returns and payments are current, which for a newly registered company simply means nothing is outstanding yet. What this bundle does not include is a CSD profile, so it is not sufficient for public-sector bidding on its own.
Best for
A founder who needs the company plus the documents banks, landlords and corporate customers ask for before they will transact.
Consider instead
BBBEE Compliant, if you genuinely only need the company and an affidavit and will handle tax clearance yourself later.
