Timeline
Incorporation typically 3–10 business days. CIDB Level 2, the COIDA letter of good standing and the SARS customs registration each run on their own queue and are the long poles — expect the full stack to complete over weeks, not days.
What this bundle actually does
This is Total Business widened in two directions. The CIDB element moves to Level 2 across two categories, which matters when your work spans classes — general building and civils, say — because a grade in one category does not let you bid in another. The import/export licence is the SARS customs registration, and it is worth being precise about what that does: it identifies you to customs, it does not clear goods by itself, and restricted categories such as foodstuffs, medicines and dual-use items need their own permits from their own authorities. Everything regulator-assessed in this bundle — the CIDB grading, the COIDA risk evaluation invoice, the SARS customs registration — stays on those bodies' timelines and criteria. The bundle buys the paperwork being prepared and lodged correctly; it does not buy the outcome, and no agent can promise one.
