Trade across borders with full compliance
Import / Export Businesses
Import and export businesses require specific SARS licensing and compliance documentation. Our bundle handles the CIPC registration plus the Import/Export licence application.
A COR14.3 does not let you clear goods. Importers and exporters need a SARS customs code / importer-exporter registration on eFiling, and often a customs broker relationship, before the first shipment. Customs duties, VAT on imports, and restricted-goods permits sit outside CIPC entirely. Our bundle starts the company and the licence paperwork; SARS still decides the customs registration on their timelines. Restricted goods (food, medicines, dual-use items) need extra permits that no company-registration agent can stamp. If you only drop-ship from a local warehouse, you may not need an importer code yet — do not pay for a licence you will not use. Keep the company income tax number and eFiling login ready; customs registration is a SARS process, not a CIPC form.
